Zachary Daniels is working with a premium retail business. They are looking to find an exceptional Senior Sales Assistant / Supervisor to join their exciting New Store Opening in Dublin City Centre. This business houses some exceptional brands and is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion and interest in going into the Luxury / Premium market.

The Role

To provide exceptional customer service to all customers. Merchandise, promote and sale of all products to end consumers. Meeting all sales targets and Boutique objectives

Responsibilities of the Supervisor;

• Keyholder - responsible for opening and closing the boutique safe in the absence of management
• Motivate employees to achieve goals and targets
• Ensure the smooth operations of the boutique in the absence of/under the direction of the Store Manager / Assistant Manager
• Stock management (deliveries, inventory, reconciliation, investigations, store stock repairs)
• After sales service
• Boutique E-mails (monitor and respond to email/enquires from customers and head office)
• Experience in the Retail Industry at a sales advisor , Supervisor or Keyholder level.
• Experience working in retail in; Fashion, Accessories, Footwear or Jewellery sector.
• Must have an understanding of luxury or Customer led retail. Must enjoy their work and have a natural passion for selling in retail.
• Greet and serve all customers providing a friendly service and delivering a full and memorable experience
• Provide reliable information to customers in all matters relating to sales and customer service
• Help display merchandise as directed through visual guidelines.
• Contribute to the store reaching its monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to every customer, every time. Whether by email, over the phone, or in person in the boutique
