Student Lettings Property Manager

£25,500 - £26,000

Canterbury

9 – 5.30 (Monday – Friday. Occasional Saturday hours based on company needs during peek periods)

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a well-established, forward-thinking company, specialising within the Property industry. This role is for a motivated individual with a good eye for detail and enthusiasm with solid customer services skills.

Duties:

  • Providing an exceptional student experience, ensuring their safety and welfare.
  • Visiting sites to assess repairs and maintenance and ensuring work has been completed satisfactorily.
  • Arranging maintenance orders with approved contractors
  • Manage the Check in, Check out and room turnaround process.
  • Building and managing relationships with tenants, contractors, and landlords
  • Managing escalated customer–related issues and provide key emergency support.
  • Handling complaints in a professional manner

To be considered you will have/be:

  • Previous property industry experience is essential.
  • Student Lettings/ Residential Lettings experience
  • An excellent attention to detail
  • An ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • An ability to work under pressure.
