THE ROLE

As a Customer Analytics Manager your focus will be to aid the business in providing insights across customer and campaign analytics, specifically you will:

• Lead strategy refreshes by conducting comprehensive analysis to understand the need for change, define transformation strategies, and determine success metrics.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with C-suite level stakeholders to garner support for proposed strategies and drive decision-making processes.
• Provide strategic insights supported by business cases, financial modeling, and data analysis to inform executive-level decision making.
• Craft compelling narratives for boards and C-suites to facilitate decision-making processes regarding strategic initiatives.
• Assist clients in addressing disruptions such as competition, regulation, and technology advancements through scenario analysis, simulation, and cost reduction strategies.
• Guide clients through the implementation and execution phases of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with initial hypotheses and making necessary adjustments as needed.

YOUR SKILLS

The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:

• Great analytical skills familarly analysisig large sets of data
• Fantastic communicator working werll with senior stakeholders and C suite
• Able to work well with the team and take initiative on large scale projects
