STORE OPERATIONS MANAGER - LUXURY FASHION BRAND 

LECCIO, FIRENZE - OUTLET 

About:

  • Italian Luxury Fashion House. 
  • Known worlwide for it's eclectic and contemporary creations.
  • quality, attention to details and immaginative design. 

Responsibilities:

  • Managing administrative and inventory support to the store to achieve business goals.
  • Ensuring the efficient running of the store, both front and back of house from a store operations perspective.
  • Supervising all back of house operational policies and procedures. 

Requirements:

  • 4-5 years of experience in a similar role in luxury retail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be fluent in Italian and English. 

Offering:

  • Salary up to €55K depending on experience.
  • Excellent Bonus Structire.
