Zachary Daniels Recruitment are currently on the hunt for a Store Manager for a glam and reputable fashion retailer in Norwich! As Store Manager, you will be at the forefront of creating an exceptional environment for customers, building relationships and creating a memorable experience in store. You will be leading the team and driving sales / KPI's to ensure that the high levels of performance are maintained, developing your team members to be progress in their careers!

Our client is a premium Ladies Fashion retailer with a huge following - they are leading the way in the market and have no plans to stop, with new store openings on the horizon!

Store Manager responsibilities:

• All aspects of store operations, including managing staff, inventory management, sales and revenue generation, and customer service satisfaction
• Fostering a positive, fun and productive team culture while driving sales and KPI performance
• Ensuring that team members are providing high-quality customer service at all times
• Training, mentoring and coaching team members, promoting skill development and providing opportunities for growth

Experience and background required:

• A proven background in Retail Management - you are a people focused leader with a proven track record in driving sales
• Strong experience in KPI management, you are able to spot and implement ideas for strategic growth
• Proven examples of coaching, developing and nourishing your sales team to grow as individuals
• Extensive success in managing KPIs and budgets to improve store performance
