Salary up to €45,000 with excellent overall package

Do you love the lifestyle / apparel fashion industry, want to be part of a growing business. This company has standalone stores across Ireland & the Uk, supplying smart to casual clothing to the design-led. We are seeking for a Strong Store Manager to lead this store in Dublin City Centre.

Duties and Responsibilities of a Store Manager;

  • Manage the; recruitment, stock package, marketing and staff inductions.
  • Day to day running of the Store within a key flagship location in Dublin City Centre
  • You will be managing a team of up to 6, in a excess turnover of 1 Million in a standalone site.
  • Marketing the business through in store events (Created by you) and getting involved in the local market to promote and drive brand awareness.
  • Managing staff inductions, training and day to day mentoring to get the very best across your team.
  • Provide an exceptional customer experience by exceeding their expectations through a one to one bespoke environment.
  • Managing and exceeding company targets through Kpi's set daily and weekly.
  • Be involved in the product selection from season to season, so commercial understanding the needs and wants of your customer base.

up to €45,000 (Depend on experience) + Commission + Bonus + Unique Management Experience

You will be currently working at Assistant Manager, Department Manager or Store Manager level within a luxury, Lifestyle or fashion clothing brand with a huge focus on customer service and managing your own stock packages.
