Remuneration: £55,000 - £60,000neg + 10-15% bonus guaranteed

The role of the Specification Sales Manager - Building Protection / Waterproofing Products will involve:

• Specification Sales Manager position, selling a high quality portfolio of manufactured building protection / waterproofing products
• Purely focusing on generating specifications
• All of your time will be spent selling to architects, consultants, surveyors and specifiers
• will be KPI driven initially however once up and running would be targeted to turnover circa £600k
• Working on both refurb and new build projects
• Covering London & South East however most of your time will be spent in London

The ideal applicant will be a Specification Sales Manager - Building Protection / Waterproofing Products with:

• Must have specification sales experience
• Must be from an associated product background such as: building envelope, waterproofing, concrete repair, building protection, facades, interior insulation, cladding, damp proofing, brickworks, etc
• Must be able to sell a technical solution in a competitive market
• Must be commercially astute
• Must be a strategic thinker, able to analyse competitors and market trends
• Ideally hold a CSSW qualification or similar experience
