Responsibilities

As a Special Needs Teacher, you will:

  • Plan and Deliver Lessons: Create engaging and differentiated lessons tailored to individual student needs.
  • Assess Progress: Regularly assess student progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with teaching assistants, parents, and external professionals to provide holistic support.
  • Promote Inclusion: Foster an inclusive classroom environment that celebrates diversity and encourages student participation.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): Essential
  • Experience: Previous experience working with students with special educational needs
  • Empathy: A genuine passion for supporting students with diverse learning profiles
