Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with our SEN students, helping them to overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-to-one support and small group interventions for students with a range of special educational needs.
  • Collaborate with teachers to implement individual education plans (IEPs).
  • Monitor and report on student progress.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Qualifications:

  • Experience working with children with special educational needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A patient and empathetic approach.
