4Leisure are recruiting a spa receptionist to join their team in the Exeter area. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with previous experience working in a spa to join a team of dedicated workers. With both full and part time hours available, 4Leisure allow you to choose a work schedule that works around you. If you have a passion for providing excellent customer service in luxurious environments, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Requirements for this role include:

• Experience working within a spa
• Comfortable with online booking systems
• Excellent spoken English
• Strong customer service skills
• Experience using TryBe (preferred)

Your main duties will include:

• Meeting and greeting guests
• Managing bookings and cancellations
• Responding to email and phone enquiries
• Administration and cashing up
• Guest show arounds
