The successful applicant will be joining a family-run establishment that has been serving delicious food and drinks for the past 18 years. About the Role:

As a Sous Chef, you'll work in our beautiful show kitchen, supporting our talented culinary team. Your role will involve food preparation, maintaining hygiene standards, managing inventory, and thriving under pressure during busy service periods.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Oversee daily kitchen operations for smooth service and quality standards adherence
• Supervise and help to train kitchen staff
• Ensuring kitchen cleanliness and adherence to hygiene standards
• Monitoring and managing inventory to prevent shortages during service
• Working efficiently in a busy kitchen environment, coordinating with colleagues for smooth service
