Solutions Architect - Active MOD DV

  • Salary: £70,000 +
  • Type - Fully on-site (Security Purposes)
  • Car allowance: £6,000
  • DV Bonus: 10%
  • Clearance: Must hold an Active MOD DV Clearance

A primary technical partner of the MOD are looking to add to their digital innovation team. This role will be working up around the technical forefront of UK Defence innovation, collaborating with various technical teams and supporting the mission of keeping UK Defence agile and safe.

Role:

  • You will be responsible for Understanding client objectives and technical requirements, to design end-to-end solutions that address those needs, utilizing a range of technologies and platforms.
  • You will be working closely with engineering teams to ensure design is in alignment with project requirements.
  • Develop solution architectures that consider security, scalability, performance, and maintainability.
  • You will continue to drive innovation and provide technical guidance and expertise during the implantation and integration phases.

Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Solutions Architect in a secure environment.
  • Strong knowledge of architecture principles, software development, and integration technologies.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Certification in relevant technologies or solution architecture is beneficial.
