Reed Legal is partnered with a forward-thinking, start-up firm in Ilford that is looking to employ Fee-Sharing Consultant Solicitors that specialise in Litigation, Criminal, Employment, Family, Immigration, Medical Negligence or Private Client.  As a Consultant Solicitor, you will work independently while benefiting from the support and resources of the firm. This role is ideal for legal professionals who value flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to build their own practice.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert legal advice to clients.
  • Attract your own clients and increase your caseload.
  • Manage your own caseload, including drafting legal documents, attending court hearings, and negotiating settlements.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Contribute to business development and marketing initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Qualified solicitor in England and Wales.
  • Possession of a client following; even if it is only one case currently.
  • Proven track record of handling complex legal matters.
  • Business acumen and a client-focused approach.
