Basic £34,000 - £36,000 (pro rata for part-time and dependent on relevant experience)

Permanent, Part-time

TRIP are working with a long established Solicitors seeking a part-time permanent General Litigation Solicitor for their offices in Stalybridge (SK15).

Established for over forty years the three owners of Thompson & Cooke Ltd have a combined 100+ years? experience in agricultural, consumer, healthcare, retail, financial and property services sectors

Duties

• Develop and maintain current and new client relationships
• Providing legal advice to clients, explaining such in an understandable manner
• Drafting and reviewing relevant legal documents
• Representing clients in Court/instruct Barristers when necessary

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitors with at least 2 years Litigation experience
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage own caseload

Office based role - Office Hours 9-5pm - 3 days per week

Salary dependent upon relevant experience.
