My client is a modern and innovative law firm with offices throughout the South and Thames Valley. They are LEXCEL and CQS accredited and ranked in Chambers and partners for their client service. Due to an increase in the volume of work an opportunity has arisen for a talented Conveyancer to join their gold award winning conveyancing team. Specialising on New Build Properties the team are on the panel for the majority of top house builders in the country deal with a wide array of clients from first time buyers through to experienced property developers.

This a permanent role where you will work across the entire department, acting as a flexible fee-earning resource during busy periods therefore, experience of running a substantial caseload of conveyancing transactions, preferably with an emphasis on New Home purchases and exchange is required.

The successful candidate will:-

• Have gained 2-3 years experience in a busy residential property role
• Likely have New Build experience
• Be committed to delivering exceptional client care
