Software Development Team Leader

Our client is part of a growing and diverse group of businesses throughout the country. They provide an ICT function for the group, is a key driver in developing and growing the businesses as well as providing commercialised software externally.

Software Development Team Leader Location:

This role will be primarily based from home with monthly meetings at their regional office in Cullompton.

Software Development Team Leader Position:

We’re looking for an experienced full time Software Team Leader with experience in C# and .NET Core MVC and a broad knowledge of full-stack development. You'll have experience leading a Software Development Team and interaction with internal and external stakeholders.

Software Development Team Leader knowledge and skillset:

• Line manager the software development team - mentor, appraise, mitigate and manage any potential team conflicts.
• Assist the CTO with product owner responsibilities - scoping the work, writing all work items, timescales, budgets for CTO approval.
• Excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Hands on software development as required.
