Reed are exclusively working with a luxurious brand, supporting in growing their Marketing Team and looking to appoint a Social Media Assistant to join the team on a permanent full time basis (37.5 hours per week)

The position of Social Media Assistant is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about Social Media and emerging technologies, using Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and Linkedin to build awarenss and engagement.

Working in a collaborative environment, you will be a team player who thrives on social interaction, with strong interpersonal skills and a hands-on approach, excellent client relations, super organised with a proactive nature and high levels of attention to detail.

There will be lots of opportunities to go to Events, so flexibility will be needed to attend UK events, some of which will have stay-overs. Accommodation and travel will be fully expensed.

This is a key role in the company to support the Marketing Manager and contribute to the company's success, ensuring brand consistency, along with effective reach and engagement with new and existing customers along with wholesale clients. You will collaborate with the wider teams on marketing campaigns and promoting the brand as an ambassador

Experience using Adobe Photoshop and Hootsuite would be preferable.

The role

  • Developing the social media strategy to maximise engagement in line with brand values
  • Creating social media campaigns to drive engagement
  • Concept and editing all company content for social media channels, ensuring all communications are in line with target audience
  • Updating all social media channels on a regular basis- Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn
  • Creating a weekly scheduled plan for all social channels
  • Supporting with implementing client and customer marketing campaigns on social media outlets
  • Analysing social media marketing programs to report on ROI
  • Working with the PR & Events team to create plans around event attendance and social media coverage required around
  • Providing social media coverage throughout all major shows and events
  • Liaising with influencers, affiliates and outreaching for new ones
  • Using initiative to create ideas for external giveaways on various platforms
  • Reporting on social media engagements and performance to the marketing manager
  • Graphic design for social posts and content videos
  • Maximising the results of sponsorship opportunities
  • Communicating with stores and B2B on their execution of social media to match the main accounts
  • Maintaining relationships with external advertising agencies and providing them with content
  • Social media coverage with the International US team and planning for their events as required
  • Social media coverage with all stores as required
  • Keeping up-to-date with emerging trends and communicating these to the wider team
