The McGregor Boyall Procurement recruitment team are noticing a positive shift in client activity for Q2 2024 and starting to see a rise in contract requirements.

One of our top Buy-Side partners require a Procurement specialist for a 6-month rolling contract.

Although semi-hybrid, you will be required to be in the EC1 City offices up to 4 days per week.

Some key objectives and responsibilities within this role are as follows:

* You will have responsibility for ensuring the vendors & supply chain are managed effectively.
* Ongoing assistance with the management of the end-to-end Third-Party life cycle, including sourcing, contracting, ongoing supplier relationship management and offboarding activities when necessary.
* Administer & Input contract information from the Coupa system into a centralized information register.
* Can manage post execution administrative tasks such as creating new Coupa requests & uploading signed DORA contract addendums.
* Helping to drive and deliver significant value from procurement programmes and reviewing complex legal documents when required.
* Assist with the extracting & sharing of contract documentation for the Legal team from the Coupa system.
* Help to support wider operational teams ensuring all pre-tender documentation is authorised in a timely manner.

To qualify for this role, you will need to have the following skills:
* Strong Vendor & Sourcing experience with great commercial acumen.
* Very capable of leading complex negotiations and competitive tenders.
* Any appreciation or experience of using the Coupa system is highly advantageous.
* Skilled in Sourcing & Procurement of services and products.
* Working towards or interested to receive training in CIPS certification.
* Commercial experience within a Buy-Side/ Investment Management global business highly advantageous.
