Snr D365 CRM Project Manager - 12 Month Contract - Utrecht - €125per hour

A client of mine is looking for a D365 CRM Senior Project Manager to join their team on a 12-month basis, based in Utrecht. As a pivotal member of our dynamic organization, you will oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring the successful delivery of D365 CRM solution. The client are willing to offer €125per hour dependant on experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the implementation of D365 CRM project from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including developers, consultants, and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and resource allocations to effectively manage project progress and mitigate risks.
  • Facilitate regular project meetings, provide status updates, and communicate effectively with project stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
  • Identify and resolve project issues, risks, and dependencies in a proactive manner to keep projects on track.
Skills:
  • Proven experience (minimum 5 years) managing complex CRM implementation projects, particularly with D365 CRM.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
