Title: Small Works Project Engineer

Location of Works: Newcastle

The Company: Fire and Security Company, founded over 40 years ago are seeking a Small Works Project Engineer to join their expanding team due to winning new projects and contracts across the UK. NSI Gold and BAFE approved, you can trust you will be working with the best engineers and systems across major customer sites.

This role would suit a Supervisor looking for the next step up in their Career

Package:

  • Up to £45,000 basic starting salary

Main Responsibilities:

  • Attending Client meetings
  • Looking after and managing engineers, both in house and subcontractors
  • Support installations and fault finding when required
  • Carrying out installation as required for work load management.
  • Completing paperwork and reporting to Small Works Regional PM
  • Stock allocation and management
  • System Design and Surveying
  • Snagging works

Knowledge and experience:

  • 3+ years’ experience in the Fire and Security Industry
  • Security Industry experience desired but not essential
  • UK Driving License – no points desired
  • ECS Card
  • SSSTS desirable but not essential
  • Great knowledge and understanding of British Standards
