Search are currently working in partnership with a Design & Build and Fit-Out Contractor who work across the UK.
Due to increased workload they are looking for a No1 Site Manager to oversee a Commercial Fit-Out project in Newcastle.
The scope of works will include; Partitioning, Mechanical & Electrical, Installation of Flooring, Office Furniture and Audio & Visual Packages.

Key Responsibilities
* Management of the entire project right through to completion.
* Coordinate with stakeholders, and subcontractors for seamless project execution.
* Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
* Conduct tool box talks & issue permits
* Oversee Health, Safety, Environmental & Quality standards.
* Provide effective leadership, mentorship, and problem-solving on-site.

Requirements
* Extensive experience of managing Cat B Fit Out projects as No 1 on site.
* SMSTS
* CSCS
* Asbestos Awareness
* First Aid
* Fire Marshal
* HNC Construction Management
* Excellent Leadership, IT & Written Communication skills
* A sound knowledge of Health & Safety Regulations

Remuneration
This is a freelance position engaged through Search Consultancy. The day rate for this role is negotiable, depending on experience.
