Site Manager - Steelwork

Position: Site Manager

Location:East London

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the installation of architectural metalwork and balconies at various sites in East London.
• Manage subcontractors and agency site labor to ensure project deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations by holding SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) and First Aid qualifications.
• Familiarity with IPAF (International Powered Access Federation) is desirable.
• Utilize Fieldview sign-off and handover system for efficient project management and documentation.
• Manage multiple sites concurrently, balancing priorities and resources effectively.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing architectural metalwork and balcony installation projects.
• Proficiency in managing subcontractors and agency labor.
• SMSTS and First Aid certifications are mandatory.
• Working knowledge of Fieldview or similar project management systems.
• Ability to manage 2-3 sites simultaneously.
• Located in or willing to commute to East London.
