We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Manager to be responsible for overseeing and managing all on-site activities related to individual large contracts or multiple smaller contracts. As the Site Manager you will be responsible for managing and supervising a team, ensuring the smooth functioning of daily activities, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Experience in the industrial and commercial roofing and cladding sector is advantageous.

Location: Head Office based in Gloucester. Sites throughout the UK.

Responsibilities (not limited to):

Supervision and Operations:

Overseeing day-to-day site activities, whether on a large-scale contract or multiple smaller contracts. This includes managing work crews, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and maintaining safety protocols.

Quality Assurance:

Accountable for the quality and compliance of installations, ensuring that work meets established standards.

Plant Management:

Control and management of equipment and machinery used on-site.

Project Reporting:

Regular reporting on project progress and milestones.

Client Liaison:

Effective communication with clients and site personnel to ensure that contracts are executed punctually, safely, and to the highest quality standards.

Qualifications/Certifications:

  • SSSTS/SMSTS qualification
  • NVQ to site supervisor level
  • CSCS
  • CPCS
  • Lift Ops Supervisor IPAF
  • PASMA
  • Roofing & Cladding System Training

Communication Skills:

The ability to communicate professionally with various stakeholders, including labourers and senior site management, is essential.
