Our client is a leading residential house-builder firmly committed and known for building high-quality, sustainable and sought-after projects in London and the Home Counties.

We are looking for an experienced freelance Site Manager, who is available from January 2024 through to August with a specific focus on the internal FitOut for 10 townhouses local to Blackheath.

As a Site Manager you will play a pivotal role from 1st through to handover. You will collaborate closely with the project team, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of internal elements within budget and on schedule. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing residential projects and possess strong technical and leadership skills.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Site Management on large-scale construction projects with a specific bias to internals from 1st fix through to handover.
  • Strong project management and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Familiarity with relevant software including FieldView
