The Role
* Lead and enforce all health and safety protocols on-site, conducting regular inspections and safety meetings.
* Develop and implement safety procedures and ensure adherence by all on-site personnel.
* Manage project schedules, coordinating tasks, and ensuring efficient workflow to meet project deadlines.
* Oversee timesheets and labour allocation, ensuring accurate recording and efficient use of resources.
* Maintain detailed records of site activities, progress reports, and any incidents for documentation and analysis.
* Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements, cost savings, and enhanced efficiency on-site.

* You will have experience in the renewable energy sector.
* You will have experience working as a Site Foreman.
* The Site Foreman must be roof competent.
* You must have excellent communication skills.
* Have an excellent understanding of health and safety protocols on-site. You will be required to conduct regular inspections and safety meetings.
