The Role

• Covering, assisting and managing roofing teams
• Lead and enforce all health and safety protocols on-site, conducting regular inspections and safety meetings
• Develop and implement safety procedures and ensure adherence by all on-site personnel.
• Manage project schedules, coordinating tasks, and ensuring efficient workflow to meet project deadlines.
• Oversee timesheets and labour allocation, ensuring accurate recording and efficient use of resources.
• Maintain detailed records of site activities, progress reports, and any incidents for documentation and analysis.
• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements, cost savings, and enhanced efficiency on-site.

The Candidate

• Roofing Experience is required
• Experience working as a Site Foreman.
• Solar Experience is preferred.
• Have an excellent understanding of health and safety protocols on-site. You will be required to conduct regular inspections and safety meetings.
• You must have excellent communication skills.
