The Role
  • You will be a key member of the site leadership team of this manufacturing business and be No1 in finance on site
  • Managing a small team, this is a hands on role
  • Production of monthly and quarterly management accounts within 3 days of month end
  • Preparation of management information / KPIs for the business
  • Working with commercial & operational leads in the organisation to drive decision making & strategy
  • Work with auditors/accountants at year end and produce information for statutory accounts
  • Budgeting & cashflow forecasting
  • Working with engineering & manufacturing teams to identify and analyse product costs and plant efficiencies
  • Lead on capital expenditure projects, reporting on pre and post cap-ex analysis


The Business
We are delighted to be working in partnership with a manufacturing business who are PE backed by an International organisation. 

This site runs autonomously and you will be a member of the site leadership team
The Person
  • You will be a suitably qualified accountant with hands on experience as a Finance Manager/Financial Controller
  • Manufacturing experience would be ideal, but is not an absolute must
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, with the ability to challenge, influence and drive decision making around strategy and operational decision making
