IDEX Consulting is working exclusively with one of Glasgow's leading SIPP providers in the search for a SIPP Property Administrator.

This reputable firm can offer a generous salary, hybrid working arrangement and excellent career prospects.

You will be responsible for servicing a portfolio of SIPP commercial properties.
You will be actively involved with property purchases, sales, sharing and all transactional work as well as managing some complex tax return information for HMRC.
You will also process VAT returns, invoices, lease renewals and monitoring rental payments.
You will liaise with Solicitors, Accountants and clients via telephone, email and letter.

The ideal candidate will be a current Residential Property Manager or working as a SIPP Property Administrator.
