Matching Staff Solutions are working alongside our client to find a Sheltered Scheme Co-Ordinator. This role is on a contract starting in May until November 2024. This role is working with tenants who require support to achieve outcomes that relate to becoming better off financially, healthier or more independent in the home and community.

Monday to Friday 08:30am - 17:00pm

The Role

Your main duties will include:

  • Making daily contact with tenants as required, being pro-active in checking on their welfare in line with their individual support needs.
  • To complete, maintain and review all records for sheltered schemes and all clients to a high standard; including support plans, risk assessments, daily logs, personal files, emergency details, building and fire records and monitoring information.
  • Undertake the Premise Management function for the buildings and services provided to sheltered schemes and take the lead in investigating issues as and when they occur.
  • Encourage tenants to become involved with activities and groups to enhance participation and accountability.
  • Organise, develop and procure social events as desired by the tenants and encourage them to take the lead in organising themselves.

The Candidate

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Good general standard of education (minimum to GCSE standard or equivalent, including English & Maths)
  • Experience in a similar role.
