Service Quality Engineer - NATO SECRET

My client has an urgent requirement for a Service Quality Engineer with NATO SECRET clearance for 7+ months.

The role will be fully onsite in Braine L Alleud (20km from Brussels), and requires fluent English.

The job role includes:

- Develop clear and measurable service quality standards based on recognised Service Quality Framework that's tailored to NATO Digital Workplace Centre: Study the situation, Reasearch the best practices and Defineb standards.

- Implement improvement strategies; Design and execute initiatives, activities and tasks to improve service quality based on the defined standards: Study the situation, Gap analysis, Develop strategies, Implement said strategies.

- Establish reporting mechanisms; develop an automated reporting system in order to regularly monitor & communicate service quality metrics & improvements to varied levels of management (strategic, tactical and operational).

Key Skills:

- Demonstrated proficiency in creating Service Quality Models in line with Industry Standards and catering to organisational needs.

- Knowledge of quality benchmarks like SERVQUAL, ISO9000, TQM with an empahsis on IT services

- Capacity in partnering with Technical Experts to formulate metrics as well as KQIs ( Key Quality Indicators) for NDWC service

- Certifications in widely recognised SQS and/ or frameworks is a plus
