Premier Work Support are proud to be working with a leading Manufacturer in their field, who are looking for a permanent Service Desk Assistant to work in their offices based in Dagenham.

As the Service Desk Assistant you will be responsible for:

  • Scheduling visits.
  • Processing the paperwork from the visits ready for invoicing
  • Covering other service desk positions when required completing all correspondence paperwork keeping within GDPR guidelines.
  • Answering calls to resolve any queries, chase preventative planned maintenance visit sheets, collating all information to report to service team and the client.
  • Customer satisfaction reports to be completed and passed to health and safety Manager weekly.
  • To have a good understanding of General Data Protection Regulation to insure you are always protecting the privacy of employee and client information.

For this role you will need to have worked in a similar capacity, where you have demonstrated:

  • Good communications skills, with the ability to liaise and correspond to customers and internal departments and external departments.
  • Answering calls - deal with queries, chase accounts and resolve planned maintenance issues.
  • Creating reports, presenting them to clients and managers and to record them on the relevant place.
  • Being self-motivated with a proactive approach
  • Ensuring quality systems and standards are maintained throughout the company
  • Ability to manage a diary and focus on solutions.

Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm
