Service Delivery Manager

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

Location:Oxford

Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities

  • You will ensure compliance with standards and regulations related to service provision, including SLA adherence and maintaining quality standards.
  • Collaborate with the operations manager to address concerns and issues that may impact customer experience, while working together to build and maintain high-performing team and to foster a positive working environment.
  • Co-lead meetings with external entities and internal teams to discuss service issues, progress, and outcomes.
  • Additionally, you will develop and present reports on service delivery performance to top management and the operations manager.
  • Facilitate effective communication between clients and the service delivery department, ensuring clarity and alignment of customer requirements and expectations.
  • You will ensure that the delivery environment possesses the necessary technical skills and knowledge to meet client needs.
  • Your focus will be on identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance service effectiveness.
  • Stay updated with the latest tech innovations and industry trends to overcome challenges in service delivery and provide up to date innovative solutions to customers.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 8-10 years' experience in MSP, preferably in leadership roles **with a deep understanding of service management frameworks and principles such as ITIL. Certification is not essential. Looking for hands on experience.
  • Project management skills, with an excellent knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure.
