Salary: £30,000-£35,000 depending on experience
Location: Hybrid, 1 day a week in Central Leeds office.

They work with a highly diverse national and international client base made up of well-established brands and exciting start-ups across a whole range of sectors and covering B2B, B2C, lead generation and ecommerce websites. They also regularly support big name digital marketing agencies, web development companies and other marketing practitioners when they need to call on SEO specialists.
 
Following a string of new client wins, our client is looking to add an SEO manager to help to build their search engine optimisation offering.

Responsibilities…
  • Lead the SEO development, analysis and performance for greencarguide.co.uk and external clients.
  • Work closely with the wider search team on SEO best practices and new approaches taking into consideration the latest Google algorithm updates.
  • Keyword research and implementation of optimisation across a range of sectors.
  • Oversee technical SEO work including a robust Core Web Vitals process.
  • Implement on-site and off-site strategies to help support and guide the Content and Digital PR teams, following Google’s EEAT guidelines.
  • Use various tool sets to a high level such as Majestic, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Deepcrawl, Google Sheets and GA.
  • Deliver concise and KPI-focused SEO reporting.
  • Ensure all SEO reports produced are of a high standard, both in terms of written content and presentation.
  • Responsible for the delivery of regular status meetings and reports.
  • To ensure advice and consultancy is clearly and concisely communicated to all stakeholders.
  • Take full responsibility for the line management of SEO Executive(s).
  • Own the SEO strategy for a set of clients and work with the business’ leadership to present these and ensure delivery, becoming the point person for client contact. 
Essential Experience…
  • Sound knowledge of industry standard SEO tools.
  • Enterprise level on-site & off-site SEO strategy and implementation.
  • Competitor analysis and stakeholder reporting.
  • Experience in devising and implementing innovative SEO strategies, adhering to best practice.
  • Experience in executing and driving strategies forward by building excellent internal relationships and proactively seeking opportunities to exceed expectations.
  • You will be an expert in all aspects of organic search, striving to continually develop your own knowledge and help nurture the skill sets of the wider Search team.
  • Proven line management experience of SEO Executives.
  • A solid understanding of HTML, Site Architecture and enterprise-level SEO.
