This company has a turnover of around £500m and employs more than 2,000 employees across the world with a truly global reach across the US, UK, Europe, Asia, Middle East and Africa. Serving the automotive industry, this company offers supplies to both a business and a consumer client base.

Your new role
As the Senior Manager for Warehouse Operations, you will work from the London office managing 7 direct reports across a Pan-European remit. Under your responsibility there will be 5 warehouses (potential expansion in the future) and you will directly manage those Warehouse Managers across anything related to facilities, health and safety, and logistical operations.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you will have to be highly analytical in order to execute plans and improvements across logistics, warehousing, and inventory. You will have both leadership and management experience within your career to date, as well as a vast range of warehousing experience. You must be able to demonstrate management of resource planning, risk and safety planning, warehouse planning, and forecast accuracy.
