Senior Specialist Sponsorship

This role is vital to our success, as you will be responsible for managing a diverse array of conference and trade organization sponsorships across Europe. Based in our London office, you will play a key role in shaping our firm's participation in these events, from initial vetting to post-sponsorship analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and project manage sponsorships, ensuring seamless execution from start to finish.
• Lead the evaluation of sponsorship opportunities, providing strategic guidance to key stakeholders.
• Negotiate benefits packages and terms with vendors to achieve cost savings and maximize ROI.
• Attend key sponsorships to assess business development opportunities and oversee setup.
• Stay up-to-date on sponsorship best practices, market trends, and industry insights to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Experience in events or sponsorship in professional services.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Strong collaboration skills with a focus on customer service and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proven ability to manage multiple sponsorships concurrently, with strong negotiation and organizational skills.
• Experience in external event or sponsorship management within a professional services environment.
• Familiarity with event management and CRM systems is a plus.
