Senior Service Charge Accountant

As established Property Management Company with an excellent local reputation is looking to recruit an additional member for their Service Charge Accounting team.

Applicants will require previous and significant experience in Service Charge Accounting and will be expected to:

• Prepare draft budgets
• Preparation of year end accounts
• Review Service Charge Accounts and liaise with external Accountants
• Setting up new properties and ensuring that all documentation is in place
• Producing quarterly actual vs budget reports
• Producing ad-hoc reports

Study support and hybrid working is offered after probation - if required.
