Based minutes from Oxford Circus, they work with a loyal client base, from individuals to financial institutions, private and publicly-quoted companies.

Their multi-disciplined team of London based estate agents offers a thorough knowledge of the central London sales, rental and investment markets.

They are seeking for a Residential Sales Negotiator, ideally with at least 36 months experience in Residential Sales or similar with transferable skills. The ideal candidate should have great customer service skills, tenacious and positive attitude together with an eye for detail.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, buyers, and sellers.
  • Conduct property viewings and provide all relevant information to potential buyers required to enable an informed decision.
  • Contact enquiries promptly and register applicants’ requirements comprehensively.
  • Ensure the CRM is kept up to date and all relevant information is added accurately and promptly.
  • Have sufficient market knowledge to be able to advise clients and applicants on market rates and conditions to manage expectations.
  • Negotiate the best possible terms on client’s behalf whilst ensuring that negotiations have a positive outcome for all parties.
  • Follow all standard working practices for your role.

Skills/experience

  • 36 months of industry experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and driven with an abundance of enthusiasm.
  • Prepared to go the extra mile and have a real desire to provide an excellent service to clients and applicants.
  • Enjoy being part of a team all working towards a common goal.

Package/Benefits

  • Basic Salary £25,000-30,000 dependant on experience
  • Realistic OTE £75,000-£80,000
  • Training Loan: The loan up to £1,500 per year for the work-related training, professional membership and exam costs;

Hours

  • Monday - Friday 9am -6pm
  • Every other Saturday 10-1
