Senior Sales Negotiator

My client a well-established and respected independent client has an excellent opportunity for a Senior Sales Negotiator to join their busy team in the East Grinstead area.

With uncapped commission, career progression and a 5-day working week, this is an opening that is not to be missed!

Our client is offering the successful Senior Sales Negotiator:

• Basic of up to £25,000
• £35,000+ OTE (uncapped)
• With a 3-month guarantee whilst building your pipeline
• Career progression

Working hours:

As a Senior Sales Negotiator, you will be working a 5-day week including Saturdays on rota basis with a day back in Lieu

Senior Sales Negotiator requirements:

• At least a year Sales/ Senior Sales experience, with a great proven track record
• A target-driven mindset
• Outstanding rapport-building skills
• Enthusiastic personality
• Full driving licence and access to your own vehicle
• Knowledge of the local area

As a Senior Sales Negotiator, your role will involve the following:

• Demonstrating excellent knowledge of the local property market
• Providing exemplary customer service
• Building rapport and being a key client contact through the entire sales process.
• Progressing Sales from start to finish, Ensuring all efforts are being made to achieve a successful sale.
• Further boosting business portfolios
• Achieving/ exceeding KPI’s
• Being a key part of the team, with excellent communication
