Join my client a leading new homes developer renowned for crafting exceptional new homes. They prioritise quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction.

My client is seeking a dynamic Senior Sales Consultant to their team. As a key player, you'll leverage your sales expertise to guide clients through the exciting journey of purchasing their dream home.

Details:

  • Up to £36k basic, £58k OTE.
  • Uncapped commission structure.
  • 9:30am-5pm
  • Weekend working required.

Responsibilities:

  • Thoroughly understand and effectively communicate the unique features and benefits of our new home communities.
  • Engage and build relationships with potential buyers through various channels.
  • Conduct engaging presentations and tours to showcase our properties.
  • Provide personalised guidance and support to buyers throughout the sales process, including contract negotiation and closing procedures.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in new homes sales.
  • Strong ability to sell off plan.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
