Senior Recruitment Consultant/Business Manager/Associate Director | Stevenage | £26,000-£60,000 (up to £120,000 OTE with uncapped commission)

We're recruiting for an experienced finance recruiter (Senior Consultant up to Associate Director level) for our established Hertfordshire office based in Stevenage due to significant growth in our market share this financial year. We're looking to establish new specialist areas or revenue streams within finance recruitment with an already established client base across Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and North London.

You'll be brought in to manage an already established warm portfolio or be given the option to set up a new revenue stream from scratch with an existing client base utilising the relationships of the team with over 80 years of experience recruiting finance in the area.

We're looking for someone with at least 2 years of finance recruitment experience within a specialist agency and a proven track record of creating and maintaining client relationships and consistent billing. Ideally you'll have experience with senior/qualified finance or interim/temp recruitment although other revenue streams will be considered.

You'll be paid £26,000-£60,000 per annum (depending on seniority level) plus uncapped commission (realistically an additional £18,000-£60,000 per annum depending on billings) with 23 days annual leave (rising to 28), work 9:00-17:30 and work a hybrid working model (3 days in depending on fee performance) as well as quarterly overseas trips and monthly incentive events.
