We are looking for an experienced Recruitment or Sales professional to join our well established finance & accounting recruitment business, focusing on qualified finance professionals on a permanent space.

It’s a market we have been in for decades, with two of the top permanent billers in the company’s history working and building this market for us.

We are seeking an individual who can take advantage of this existing client and candidate network, as well as have a key focus on winning and maintaining new relationships.

You will be:

• Working alongside Natalie Clark, who has decades of F&A recruitment experience.
• Be within Barclay Meade, one of the fastest growing divisions of the entire GATTACA group
• Working in the same division as some of GATTACA’s top performers, including our highest permanent biller and another individual who broke the company record for the biggest fee in the business’s history.

You will grow your desk by managing and matching clients & candidates together, working to meet their expectations – building relationships will be an integral part of your role.

Responsibilities:

• Develop new business opportunities via multi-media channels.
• Identify potential candidates to fulfil client's requirements using innovative candidate attraction strategies.
• Build and share a clients and candidates portfolio.
• Work with both teams and managers to achieve personal and team KPIs & objectives.
• Demonstrate a commitment to candidate care and database development.
• Support graduate and trainee consultants to develop into the role.
