Freelance Senior QS required ASAP for new build residential project in South East London

The client is a main contractor within the residential sector and are looking for a strong Project or Senior Quantity Surveyor on procurement and package management on a c.70 unit RC frame new build project in South East London,

Standard QS duties from procurement, variations, valuations, cost reporting / CVRs etc, working with the Commercial Lead on the job.

The role is based on-site in South East London with potential for some working from home / hybrid working.

Contract duration min. 6 months with the possibility for longer-term work / temp-to-perm.
