Senior Quantity Surveyor

An ambitious and collaborative Quantity Surveying consultancy are seeking a proficient and reliable Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team of 30+ who are based a short walk from Piccadilly Station.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's Role

The Directors are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor who is comfortable working on fast paced projects, for demanding clients, and be able to run with it.

Therefore, the new Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for delivering projects, pre and post contract, across the residential, student accommodation, and co-living sectors.

There is also the option for the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage one or two junior quantity surveyors, and there being a clear route to Associate.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

• Ideally MRICS
• Private sector, project experience
• Client facing
• Cost planning experience
• Comfortable delivering projects from inception to completion
• Competent, proficient, able to work independently
