A London based, Chartered Construction Consultancy are seeking a competent Senior Quantity Surveyor with Associate ambitions as they strengthen their Quantity Surveying division.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be working alongside a Group Director in providing a full Quantity Surveying and Contract Administration service on retail, office, and residential projects across London, the Southeast, and Europe.

The new Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for running your own projects from start to finish, whilst also preparing fee proposals, and leading client meetings.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

  • MRICS or currently a Senior Quantity Surveyor
  • Will consider a junior Associate Quantity Surveyor
  • PQS / Consultancy background
  • Able to run your own projects from inception to completion
  • Good with clients and confident running meetings
  • Contract administration experience
