Senior Quantity Surveyor

A dynamic, privately owned Construction Consultancy in central Manchester is looking for an ambtious, hands-on and independent Senior Quantity Surveyor.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be an established Senior, ideally comfortable running projects independently in excess of £20m.

The company boast an impressive pipeline of projects, and this is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious individual to help manage and grow their busy team with strong opportunity for progression to Associate Director.

Working on multimillion pound projects including:

• High rise apartment blocks
• Low rise apartment blocks
• Mixed use developments
• Student Accommodation & Shared Living
• Hotels
• Stadia

The incoming Senior Quantity Surveyor will join a multidisciplinary team of 15 Quantity Surveyors and Project Managers and will be responsible for managing a couple people as well as project delivery. Long term, the role evolves to include generating repeat business and new business/market opportunities with a path to AD and beyond that, Partner.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

• MRICS ideally or currently working towards
• Strong pre & post contract experience
• Capable of running £20m+ projects independently
• A strong QS background within UK Consultancies
