The Directors of an established Quantity Surveying and Project Management consultancy in South West London are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor (or Quantity Surveyor seeking a step up) with top end residential project experience.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will join a diverse QS/PM team who enjoy working on private sector, high end / super prime residential projects across London and the South.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for delivering pre and post cost management services on residential projects valuing up to £30M.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

  • High end residential project experience
  • Preferably having Cost Management / PQS experience
  • Client facing /strong communication skills
  • Pre and post cost management experience
