Senior Property Manager
A leading, highly successful, multi-office Estate and Letting Agents, currently requires an experienced Senior Property Manager.
Property Manager Overview:
As a Property Manager you will be tasked with managing a portfolio of residential lettings properties, delivering a fast, effective, and professional service to Landlords. You need to be conscientious, hard-working, and driven to produce results.
You will also have the responsibilities of being the point of contact for Head of Property Management and daily oversight of other local Property Managers.
The successful candidate will be a strong team player, who is highly organised with excellent communication skills and the initiative to problem solve. Previous experience managing a property portfolio is essential.
Senior Property Manager key responsibilities:
- Managing a property portfolio of private residential tenancies throughout the area
- Overseeing a team of Property Managers
- Liaising with landlords, tenants, tradesmen, service providers and professional advisors
- Liaising with lettings negotiators across network
- Arranging and monitoring works and repairs
- Carrying out property inspections and reporting to landlords
- Mediating between landlords and tenants on any issues or disputes
- Complaint escalations
- Be the point of contact for Head of Property Management
Senior Property Manager attributes:
