Senior/ Mid Level Property Managers

My client is seeking Senior and mid-level property managers in and around the Bexley area. This company has experienced significant and rapid growth in recent years, particularly within their lettings department, and they are now seeking AST property managers to join their expanding team. This employer is highly regarded for their commitment to personal and professional growth, offering a supportive and enjoyable work environment focused on development and success.

Position: Senior Property Manager / Property Manager

  • Multiple Location Availability: Barnehurst/Bexley/Rainham
  • Salary package: Senior £34,000 - £38,000  per annum (DOE). Mid level - £28,000 - £30,000 per annum (DOE)
  • Full time - Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

  • Delivering first-class service to landlords, ensuring compliance with lettings laws and regulations
  • Handling unexpected and demanding situations with professionalism and efficiency
  • Strong IT and administrative skills, including maintenance of property records and documentation
  • Developing and maintaining positive relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations
  • End of lease knowledge
  • Section 8's and 21's 
  • Experience in commission, maintenance, compliance, and end-of-lease processes (highly beneficial)
