Senior Property Litigation Associate

A leading national law firm are seeking a senior property litigation associate to join them.

You will advise on a broad range of real estate disputes including disputes regarding restrictive covenants and easements for site disposals, 1954 Act claims, dilapidation disputes and recovery of arrears from tenants.

You will also advise on partnership disputes although experience in this area is not essential.

As a senior member of the team you must have the ability to run your own caseload under minimal supervision as well as assisting on more complex cases. You will also support the firm’s wider marketing and business development opportunities.

Please apply if you have a minimum of 4 years PQE with property litigation experience from a well regarded law firm.
