Senior Property Credit Manager

This leading London based banking institution are currently looking to strengthen their busy Residential Development Finance Credit team. This role will suit a professional and very experienced individual who has acquired demonstrable Credit experience covering Residential Development Finance transactions within different market conditions. Primary duties will include:-Review, appraise, and sign off Credit papers. Sitting on the banks Credit Committee ensuring that the credit approval process runs smoothly. Perform due diligence on Credit approved loans prior to drawdown. Participate in monthly Credit Risk meetings. Assist in developing and maintaining the operational and credit procedures documentation. Any exposure to Recoveries would be advantageous. Applicants must have exemplary analytical skills.
